NOTICE OF ANNEXATION PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT: 

The City of Elmendorf, Texas proposes to enlarge and extend its boundary limits to include the following described territory: 

9.153 acres out of the north 17 and one half acres of 35 acres in the original land grant of J. De la Garza, Division 90, County Block 4008, Bexar County, Texas

A public hearing will be held by and before the City Council on Thursday, July 21 at 7:00pm in the Elmendorf City Hall, 8304 FM 327, Elmendorf, Texas for all persons interested in the above proposed annexation. At said time and place, all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard.
